Cancellations & Refunds

1. With the exception of Minibus rental where any deposits are non-refundable a full refund will be offered where bookings are cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
   • Bookings cancelled between 48 & 24 hours will incur a 25% charge
   • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pickup will incur 50% charge
2. On any full 24 hour period where a vehicle is returned early.
   • i.e. hired for 6 days and brought back after 4 days, the refund amount will be equal to the cost for the hire period not used (day 5 & 6)
3. A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken for minibus bookings.
4. Security deposits will be refunded as long as the vehicle is returned on time with a full tank of fuel, with no new damage and any accessories loaned or leased.
   • Security deposits taken at the point of hire for hires of 6 days or less will normally be taken via pre-authorisation which will lapse after approximately 5-7 working days.
   • Security deposits taken at the point of hire for hires of 7 days or more will be refunded when the vehicle is returned, these refunds can take 3-5 working days to clear.
